For over 15 years, I’ve been traveling through Latin America to experience cacao through its primal connection with humanity. Cuba, Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Colombia. Cacao growers from the Inga, Cofán, Arhuaco, Kuna, Asháninka, and Kamsá tribes taught me to see cacao not as a sweet treat… but as food for the spirit and a tool for the body.
